What is NTICC Heavy Equipment Roadeo?

Heavy Equipment Roadeo is an equipment skill competition for professionals. We take the best operators and put them head-to-head to see who will win under pressure!

Can I come watch?

We are open to the public. We encourage you to come out to watch and cheer on these skilled operators

Who can compete?

Heavy Equipment Roadeo participants need to be experienced heavy equipment operators. We open the field to seasoned operators that are proficient on the specific type of equipment they are planning to compete on.

How much does it cost?

Heavy Equipment Rodeo is FREE to participants to compete AND the general public to watch! We want to challenge and recognize the best of the best in the industry.

What do I win for participating?

You win bragging rights! We'll list the top scores for each piece of equipment and overall champion during closing Ceremony Dinner the last night of the conference. First, Second, Third Place prizes for competitors. Overall, Champion Team wins the Heavy Equipment Roadeo Title Belt!

How does the competition work?

Participants can compete on any of the pieces of equipment. Top scores by category determines the awards.

Welcome to the 2025 NTICC Heavy Equipment Roadeo Competition. The Heavy Equipment Roadeo is a hands-on event where participants operate heavy machinery around an outdoor obstacle course to test their skills and compete for prizes.

 

Competition Date: Sunday, September 21, 2025 at the Gila River Casino & Resort Wild Horse Pass, Chandler Arizona

Roadeo goals:
Safety: Emphasizing the importance of safety when operating heavy equipment
Skill advancement: Helping workers improve their skills
Team spirit: Fostering a sense of team spirit among participants
Recognition: Recognizing employees who excel at their jobs

What do I win for participating?
You win bragging rights! We'll list the top scores for each piece of equipment and overall champion during the 2025 NTICC Closing Ceremony Dinner: Thursday, September 25, 2025.

First, Second, Third Place prizes for competitors. Overall Champion Team wins the 2025 NTICC Heavy Equipment Roadeo Championship Belt!
