WHY PRESENT
The return on your investment as a
speaker, panelist, or session leader.
Presenting at NTICC is more than a speaking engagement. It is a strategic investment in your professional standing, your organization's visibility, and the future of Tribal transportation. Here is what you receive in return for sharing your expertise.

CONFERENCE TRACKS
Eight tracks. One conversation shaping Tribal transportation.
Each track reflects the most pressing challenges and most promising innovations facing Tribal transportation programs today. Whether your expertise is technical, policy, or hands-on operational — there is a place for your knowledge here.

SESSION FORMATS

90-Minute Lecture
Focused, in-depth instruction on a single topic.
Moderated Panel
3 to 7 presenters exploring a shared theme under a moderator.
Certification Session
Credentialed training that sends attendees home with a recognized credential.
SELECTION CRITERIA
What makes a strong proposal stand out.
The strongest proposals share four qualities. Your submission should demonstrate at least one — ideally several.
i.
Real-World Examples
Case studies, project outcomes, lessons learned, or before-and-after results from actual Tribal transportation projects.
ii.
Tribal or Government Co-Presenters
Sessions are strongest when they include voices from Tribal governments, BIA, FHWA, FTA, or other public agencies speaking to on-the-ground outcomes.
iii.
Audience Engagement
Interactive formats — Q&A, group discussion, hands-on exercises, or workshop activities that let attendees apply what they are learning.
iv.
Actionable Takeaways
Attendees should leave with something they can use: a new skill, a completed tool, a process they understand, or a contact who can help them.
PRESENTER REGISTRATION
Discounted rates for confirmed presenters.
Acceptance does not automatically register you for the conference. Upon selection, each presenter receives a unique, non-transferable registration code. Presenter rates reflect a meaningful reduction from standard attendee pricing.

For confirmed speakers serving as Tribal Transportation Directors or in equivalent leadership positions within Tribal transportation programs. Verification of tribal affiliation and employer required.
INDUSTRY SPEAKER
Industry Panelist or Breakout Speaker

SUBMIT YOUR PROPOSAL
Ready to bring your session to NTICC?
Click the button below to submit your proposal via Google Form. Your proposal must include the full and accurate names, job titles, organizations, and contact information for every person presenting in your session — including all panel members and co-presenters. Incomplete presenter lists may delay review or result in disqualification.
Vendors and private-sector professionals are welcome to submit proposals provided their session is co-presented with a Tribal, Federal, or State partner and the content focuses on outcomes and lessons learned rather than product features. Educational sessions only — sessions that function primarily as vendor promotions will not be accepted.
