The following are registered trademarks of The Center for Tribal Transportation ("CTT"), a nonprofit corporation:

These marks are registered with the United States Patent and Trademark Office under Registration No(s). 7,856,652 and 7,856,620 issued 01/08/2018. CTT also claims common-law rights in related marks, designs, and trade dress.

All use of the CTT marks requires prior written authorization from CTT. Use of the marks in connection with sponsorship, partnership, media coverage, or academic reference must comply with CTT's Trademark Usage Guidelines, available upon request at info@tribaltrans.com.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or imitation of the CTT marks — including use of confusingly similar names, acronyms, or designs — may constitute trademark infringement, unfair competition, and/or dilution under the Lanham Act (15 U.S.C. §§ 1114, 1125) and applicable state law, and may be subject to civil and other remedies.
