NTICC 2026 programming aligns with current federal program priorities, state tribal transportation initiatives, and tribal program needs.

Tribes/Tribal Members and Employees

This category is for enrolled members of federally recognized tribes and tribal employees. This rate supports tribal participation and community engagement at the conference.

Government/Federal/State Employees

Designated for employees of federal, state, county, or local government agencies who are attending in an official capacity. This includes representatives from various government departments, agencies, and programs working with tribal communities.

Non-Profit Organizations

Available to staff and representatives of registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organizations. This category recognizes organizations that serve tribal communities and operate on limited budgets while supporting important community initiatives.

Private Sector Professionals

This rate applies to individuals from for-profit businesses, corporations, consultants, contractors, and other private sector entities. This includes vendors, service providers, and business professionals seeking to engage with tribal communities and conference attendees.

Press/Media

Media professionals and journalists are admitted by invitation only. This includes representatives from newspapers, magazines, television, radio, and online media outlets. Media credentials must be verified, and registration is complimentary for credentialed press covering the conference.

Students (with valid ID)

Discounted rate for current full-time students at accredited colleges, universities, or trade schools. Valid student identification must be presented at registration. This rate encourages the next generation of tribal leaders and professionals to engage with conference content.
